1/3 (8 Hours) to Sleeping

1/3 (8 Hours) to Working - Main Work & Support Work
- 3/8 Hours - Main work
- 5/8 Hours - Support work

1/3 (8 Hours) to Non Working - Maintenance & Personal

Revised Standard MCO Schedule:

1am - 9am (8 Hours) - Sleep, Rest & Recovery
9am - 10am (1 Hour) - Wake up, exercise, shower, breakfast, play phone
10am - 1pm (3 Hours) - Work Session 1/3 - Main work 1 Hour + Support work 2 hours
1pm - 2pm (1 Hour) - Lunch
2pm - 5pm (3 Hours) - Work Session 2/3 - Main Work 1 Hour + Support Work 2 Hours
5pm - 8pm (3 Hours) - Personal time, play phone, exercise, buy dinner
8pm -10pm (2 Hours) - Work 1 + 1
10pm - 1am (3 Hours) - Personal Time, watch TV, Game time
1am - Sleep

Update: Day in Review: Day 1

- Overall easy to follow this schedule 80-90%
- It's very helpful too as certain times of the day we just coast along, and with this schedule we know exactly what we need to do to achieve the outcome we want at the end of the day. Trust in the system!
- It also promotes planning ahead of time.. which is a very good habit.
- Slight changes to schedule to accommodate feedback.
