 What Are Top 10 Key Work For Estate Agents to Do in 2021?

In the book Productivity Project by Prof. Chris Bailey, he talks in depth about managing time and maximizing productivity with our limited resources.

However, the real question I've realised I need to ask myself is: What are our key activities that we should use all our most productive time doing?

I believe the answer to that could be found easily by watching & reading content available online. Before I do that though, allow me to compile my own list by brainstorming from my own experience and opinion.

Key Activities to do Daily that Progresses our Work Forward as a REN:
1. Collect Listings - More listing = more product to sell - Jordan to lead
2. Advertise Listings - More visibility and allow market to interact with us. Be seen! - actionable
3. Faster & organized response to inquiries - Video, details, pictures, YouTube, appointments, questions for buyers/tenants, infopack - Get Noelle to lead.
4. Organized schedule to book in appointments: actionable step: get a calendar (DONE)
5. Follow up ongoing clients - actionable step: make a updating list and put it within reach! (DONE)
6. Continuous farming - postcard per condo per month activity.
7. YouTube channel
8. Our Website
9. Create updated listing database for easy reference
10. Attend company training regularly

 Hi blogs, Slept in most of the day until 5pm haha. Really, sometimes the better place to be is in our own imagination. At the very least, I'm not out at risk from contracting covid19 from people around me. I also cooked kangkung for dinner to go together with noelle's mom's wild boar curry. Lastly, I proceeded with the purchase of Samsung A12 phone. Simple, fast, a little old, very affordable, perfect for being the work phone but not personal luggage. Once I get that, I'll move all my work stuff in there, then the older Mi Max 3 can be used for leisure and gaming home based. Goodnight!

Daily Diary - Tuesday 29 June 2021

 Hi all, Today I went to meet Kok & Sastina regarding SH matters. Got both to sign TA extension. Kok did share a lot about how people close to him including friends and family have personally fallen ill to C19. One key takeaway he shared was the virus is in a way, picky and selective to who they infect. There were cases where a few people in the same house together but only 1 fell to Covid while the others were unaffected. Hmm food for thoughts indeed. On a side note, I didn't go out for a walk today. Just stayed in to enjoy the cold afternoon sky, this being Malaysia it is an absolute rarity. Therefore, an occasion to appreciate & treasure! Thirdly, I was reading my own posts and I thought to myself - maybe moving forward I should only do things which have long term impact.
