Daily Dairy - 19th June 2021 - KDS Viewing & Tuan/Ros TA Extension

 What I've done -

1. Viewing for KDS with Ana & hubby Sarjit. They like the place but not deciding yet until futher notice. They mention by early July will let us know if keen. The unit still has got things needing to be fixed, although it's a great feeling when tenants say the unit is overall very nice, after the hours we've put in to beautifying, cleaning, repairing and uplifting the place. Let's see. KIV!

2. Went to meet Tuan & Ros to sign TA extension letter. Great to see both of them! Tuan shared her family are set to move to Australia and will be needing to sell their house soon. I went in and ask for exclusivity and shared my previous track record with Derek, Adrian, Alex, Aini etc. Highlighted the issues she will face in undertaking this sale, and offered solutions and assistance for her. She is very keen & will let us know again in July. I'd like to call this pre-pre-pre-pre work!

Seems like July 2021 is becoming a big month!

On non work related matters -

- went to TTDI market to get groceries for Noelle to cook her new recipe. Cook she did, and ate we did too. It was quite good. Homemade shawarma!

- well, here I am writing this daily dairy like I told weili I would. I totally forgot yesterday night, and almost forgot today's too. Until I saw Noelle writing some of her own on her PC then I remembered.

- Let's keep this daily going on. 5 minutes max.

Daily Diary - Friday 9th July 2021

 Hi blogs, Slept in most of the day until 5pm haha. Really, sometimes the better place to be is in our own imagination. At the very least, I'm not out at risk from contracting covid19 from people around me. I also cooked kangkung for dinner to go together with noelle's mom's wild boar curry. Lastly, I proceeded with the purchase of Samsung A12 phone. Simple, fast, a little old, very affordable, perfect for being the work phone but not personal luggage. Once I get that, I'll move all my work stuff in there, then the older Mi Max 3 can be used for leisure and gaming home based. Goodnight!

Daily Diary - Tuesday 29 June 2021

 Hi all, Today I went to meet Kok & Sastina regarding SH matters. Got both to sign TA extension. Kok did share a lot about how people close to him including friends and family have personally fallen ill to C19. One key takeaway he shared was the virus is in a way, picky and selective to who they infect. There were cases where a few people in the same house together but only 1 fell to Covid while the others were unaffected. Hmm food for thoughts indeed. On a side note, I didn't go out for a walk today. Just stayed in to enjoy the cold afternoon sky, this being Malaysia it is an absolute rarity. Therefore, an occasion to appreciate & treasure! Thirdly, I was reading my own posts and I thought to myself - maybe moving forward I should only do things which have long term impact.
