Daily Diary - Wednesday 30th June 2021

 Today quite a few things happened -

Spoke to 1company girl and she informed there's a buyer for our company. Looking to takeover as it's less of a wait than to open a new company to keep. To me, that's great news because the cost of transferring a company is much cheaper than striking off. So yeah, savings are most welcomed.

I immediately went to CIMB bank at 3pm only to find their working hours is from 9.30am to 1pm daily. So we'll have to come back tomorrow.

Before heading out actually, I tried driving the bezza but the battery's dead. So I dropped by the battery shop to confirm they do have spare parts before coming over tomorrow.

I also went to aquarium shop and Mr. Wong was sharing how lots of salesman, especially the young ones, would cheat their way out of trouble. He said sales are good, but after sales service is overall just damn shitty in Malaysia. The salesman literally lied to Mr Wong by hiding defective products. I was there to buy a new top filter as my 2nd set had burned from today's short power outage. Well, another thing we learned is to always keep the water pump underwater for exactly this reason.

Also dropped by the new biscuit shot at DD to get some for Noelle. Auntie there said they just open over a month ago. I told them I'll help share to my friends especially because Noelle said their biscuits are good. You'll be surprised even the most simplest biscuits have cheap shit versions to avoid. I don't know. They all look the same haha.

Upon coming back to Zizz, I jump started Noelle's car with my Vios. Took me a while and a few attempts. The problem isn't in the process or theory - I've done this many times. But the real issue is in the circumstances - the car was parked head in and thus blocking and being out of length of the jump start cable. Managed to park my car inches from the wall AND inches from Noelle car to have just 2 inch spare cable upon connecting. Again, anyway that works is a good way.

In the evening went out to do laundry. Finally we've got our new clean linens haha.

 Hi blogs, Slept in most of the day until 5pm haha. Really, sometimes the better place to be is in our own imagination. At the very least, I'm not out at risk from contracting covid19 from people around me. I also cooked kangkung for dinner to go together with noelle's mom's wild boar curry. Lastly, I proceeded with the purchase of Samsung A12 phone. Simple, fast, a little old, very affordable, perfect for being the work phone but not personal luggage. Once I get that, I'll move all my work stuff in there, then the older Mi Max 3 can be used for leisure and gaming home based. Goodnight!

Daily Diary - Tuesday 29 June 2021

 Hi all, Today I went to meet Kok & Sastina regarding SH matters. Got both to sign TA extension. Kok did share a lot about how people close to him including friends and family have personally fallen ill to C19. One key takeaway he shared was the virus is in a way, picky and selective to who they infect. There were cases where a few people in the same house together but only 1 fell to Covid while the others were unaffected. Hmm food for thoughts indeed. On a side note, I didn't go out for a walk today. Just stayed in to enjoy the cold afternoon sky, this being Malaysia it is an absolute rarity. Therefore, an occasion to appreciate & treasure! Thirdly, I was reading my own posts and I thought to myself - maybe moving forward I should only do things which have long term impact. Things which contribute to something that can be accumulated & accounted for decades down the road. Playing games is definitely not one of it.
